Terms of Use

1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between NAK SINERGY Ltd., UIC 207807952, registered office: Bulgaria, Kostenets (2042), 1 Prolet St. ("the Company", "we", "us"), and the natural or legal persons ("Users", "you") who use the TaskerSpace platform, accessible at https://taskerspace.app ("the Platform").
TaskerSpace is a digital marketplace through which individuals and businesses ("Workers") offer services such as cleaning, moving and pet care, and individuals ("Clients") post requests for such services. NAK SINERGY Ltd. acts solely as a technology intermediary and is not a party to the service contract concluded between a Client and a Worker.
By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use the Platform.
2. Registration and Profile
2.1. Registration Requirements
To use the Platform, you must:
- –be at least 18 years of age;
- –provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information upon registration;
- –have a valid email address;
- –have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable law.
Registration is personal. Transfer of an account to a third party is not permitted.
2.2. Login Credentials
You bear full responsibility for the confidentiality of your access credentials (email and password or OAuth identification). If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must immediately notify the Company at tasker.space.beta@gmail.com.
2.3. Account Types
Upon registration, you choose an account type:
- –Client — posts service requests and pays for their completion;
- –Worker — offers services and receives payment upon successful completion.
Workers must be registered as self-employed individuals or conduct their business through a registered trader in accordance with applicable Bulgarian law.
3. Services Offered Through the Platform
The following categories of services may be posted and carried out through TaskerSpace:
- –Home and office cleaning;
- –Moving furniture and belongings;
- –Pet walking and care.
The Company reserves the right to add, modify or remove service categories at any time without prior notice.
4. Booking and Payment Process
4.1. Posting a Request
The Client posts a request describing the desired service, date, location and proposed price. The request is publicly visible to registered Workers.
4.2. Application and Acceptance
Workers may apply for requests. The Client selects a Worker and confirms the booking. Upon confirmation, a service contract is concluded directly between the Client and the Worker. NAK SINERGY Ltd. is not a party to this contract.
4.3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. via Stripe Connect. The Client pays the full service amount upon confirming the booking. The funds are held by the payment processor until the service is completed.
NAK SINERGY Ltd. retains a commission of 18% (eighteen percent) of the value of each successfully completed service. The Worker receives the remaining 82% to their specified bank account.
By using the payment features of the Platform, you also accept Stripe's Terms of Service, available at https://stripe.com/legal.
4.4. Cancellation and Refunds
If a Client cancels a booking more than 24 hours before the start of the service, a full refund is due. If cancelled less than 24 hours before the service, the Company may retain a fee of up to 50% of the service value in favour of the Worker.
If a Worker cancels, the Client receives a full refund.
Disputes regarding the quality of the completed service are handled on a case-by-case basis by the Company. The Company's decision is final within the platform.
5. User Obligations
5.1. General Obligations
Each User undertakes to:
- –provide accurate and up-to-date information in their profile;
- –comply with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European law;
- –not use the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful or unethical purposes;
- –not post offensive, discriminatory or indecent content;
- –not attempt to make direct payments outside the Platform in order to circumvent the commission.
5.2. Worker Obligations
Workers additionally undertake to:
- –perform services with due care, quality and within the agreed timeframe;
- –possess the necessary skills, equipment and, where required, licences for the services they offer;
- –be insured or registered as self-employed in accordance with applicable legislation;
- –notify the Client as soon as possible if they are unable to fulfil a booking.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Use of the Platform for the following is prohibited:
- –offering or seeking illegal services;
- –posting false reviews or manipulating the rating system;
- –collecting personal data of other Users without their consent;
- –distributing malware or conducting cyberattacks;
- –infringing the intellectual property of the Company or third parties.
In the event of a breach, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Platform without notice.
7. Liability and Limitations
7.1. Company Liability
NAK SINERGY Ltd. provides the Platform "as is" and does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation. The Company is not liable for:
- –acts or omissions of Workers or Clients;
- –the quality, safety or legality of the services offered;
- –damages occurring during the performance of a service;
- –loss of data or interruption of access to the Platform due to circumstances beyond the Company's control.
7.2. Limitation of Liability
The total liability of NAK SINERGY Ltd. to any User for any claims arising from the use of the Platform is limited to the amount of commission actually received by the Company in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
7.3. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NAK SINERGY Ltd., its employees, directors and partners from any claims, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from a breach of these Terms or from the use of the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights to the TaskerSpace platform, including its design, code, trade marks, logos and content, are the property of NAK SINERGY Ltd. or are licensed to the Company. Copying, distributing or modifying any part of the Platform without express written permission is prohibited.
Content posted by Users (photos, descriptions, reviews) remains their property, with the User granting the Company a non-exclusive licence to use it within the Platform.
9. Termination of Access
A User may terminate their account at any time by contacting us at tasker.space.beta@gmail.com. The Company may terminate or restrict a User's access without notice in the event of:
- –breach of these Terms;
- –provision of false information at registration;
- –conduct threatening the security of the Platform or other Users.
Upon termination of an account, all outstanding bookings are cancelled and any amounts due are settled as described in clause 4.4.
10. Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For material changes, Users will be notified by email or through a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an out-of-court resolution. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent court in Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria.
Users who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act have the right to refer the dispute to the Conciliation Commission of the Consumer Protection Commission or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
